We offer three main wedding video packages with a range of optional extras that can be bolted on to create your own bespoke film.
If you want to reserve your date then all we require is a £250 deposit. You can change what wedding video package and options you want after this, so don’t worry if you’re not quite sure yet.
A high quality wedding video with one camera operator
Our SoloHD package is for couples looking to have their day captured stylishly and unobtrusively by one camera operator.
We’ll arrive about an hour before your ceremony is due to start allowing us to capture gorgeous shots of your venue and the surrounding area, talk to the officiant, set up (and hide) our tiny radio microphones and then capture your guests arriving prior to you and your partner.
We’ll then stay throughout the day, capturing everything along the way, and then depart after the speeches have finished, regardless of time.
If you do want us to stay longer to capture the evening entertainment and first dance then you can add these on as optional extras.

A creative and entertaining wedding video with two camera operators providing two angles
TwinHD is our most popular package and covers your day with two camera operators, providing a more creative, fluid and cinematic film.
Featuring two camera operators, we can capture the day from two angles during the ceremony and speeches, making the finished film much more creative and entertaining. It also gives us more creative freedom and allows us to be in two places at once; for example, we can come with the photographer to film you around the venue whilst the other camera stays with the guests and capturers everything that you're missing.
We’ll stay throughout the day, capturing everything along the way, and then depart after the speeches have finished, regardless of time.
If you do want us to stay longer to capture the evening entertainment and first dance then you can add these on as optional extras.

DirectorHD provides one of the most comprehensive, cinematic, stylish and contemporary wedding films in the UK.
Your day will be covered comprehensively by two directors who'll pull out all the stops on the day and in the edit to provide you with a film that you can be proud of and you can cherish for decades to come.
We'll stay throughout the whole day up until the end of the first dance, and then stay on a little longer to capture the atmosphere of the evening.
This package also includes a host of extras as standard, including a Blu-ray disc, highlights montage and mobile versions of your film.
Quite simply this package is for those that want the best for their big day.

- Filming by two directors providing multiple angles and the option of direction on the day
- Coverage from the guests arriving until the end of the evening, including the first dance
- Full high definition recording with dubbed music of your choice
- Use of more advanced equipment including steadicams and colour grading
- Two draft DVD rounds, five printed and designed final copies and a Blu-ray disc as standard
- A highlights montage and online availability of your film (password protected)
- A mobile and tablet version of your film and highlights

Book us
We require a £250 deposit to reserve your date - regardless of your chosen package - and this can be paid online or by cheque.
Step One | Fill in our forms
Firstly we need you to download and fill in our booking form and terms and conditions. Once you've done this please scan and email them or return them by post.
Step Two | Pay the deposit
All we then need is a £250 deposit to secure your date.

Please make cheques payable to Ido Wedding Films Ltd and post to 6 Broad Quay, Bristol, BS1 4DA.
Once we've received your deposit and booking forms then we'll send you a receipt confirming your booking.
We will also be sure to refund your deposit if we're not available for your wedding date.
Optional Extras
We provide a number of optional extras which can be added to any of our packages to create a unique and personal film.
And if anything is not listed then tell us about your idea and we will provide you with a bespoke quote.
Extra DVD: £20
Blu-ray Disc: £100 + £20 per extra
HD Stills: £100
We’ll provide you with 50 high definition stills of your choice from your film on both a data disc and as a slideshow set to music on your DVD.
Guest Messages: £100
We’ll take key members of your wedding to one side during the day and set messages against a beautiful backdrop at your venue.
Video Diary Room: £150
A separate HD camera will be set up in a room or area with a remote control for guests to leave messages to ‘big brother style’.
Online Video: £100
Your full film will be uploaded to Vimeo in high definition and passworded for
viewing by friends and family for a whole year.
Highlights Montage: £200
We’ll create a short 10-15 minute cut of your film set to music and featuring
the ‘best bits’ from throughout your day.
Mobile and Tablet Version: £100
We’ll convert and send you a version of your film and highlights that’s
compatible with your mobile phone or tablet.
